About the Bread

Every loaf is made with a simple, consistent blend: 50% King Arthur Baking Company bread flour and 50% locally grown Colorado whole wheat. I don't believe that something is unsellable or inherently worth less because it's not "perfect", so all breads are priced the same. Some just might have more character than others.
